The house at the sunny location Sonnensteinweg 2 in Mieders offers an ideal base for both summer and winter holidays. The Serles cable cars are only around 700–800 meters away and can be easily reached in about a ten-minute walk. The popular natural toboggan run passes almost directly by the house – perfect for anyone who wants to finish their ride almost right at the front door. Ski tourers can also start their routes straight from the house into the surrounding mountains. In summer, the Serles area impresses as a diverse hiking and leisure destination: panoramic mountain trails, relaxed family hikes, playgrounds, themed trails, and the summer toboggan run make the region a versatile excursion area for young and old alike. Hikes can start directly from the house without needing to use a car. The village center of Mieders, with a supermarket, café, and several restaurants, is only about 1 km away and can be reached within a few minutes. Additional dining options and shops can be found in the neighboring village of Fulpmes. The location is also ideal for larger ski resorts: the family-friendly Schlick 2000 ski area is only about 7 km away and can be reached in roughly 10 minutes by car. The valley station of the Stubai Glacier is located around 27 km south of the house and is easily accessible in about 30–35 minutes – perfect for those who enjoy high-alpine slopes or year-round snow reliability. This location combines tranquility, nature, and short distances: perfect for active holidaymakers, families, connoisseurs, and anyone who wants to start their adventures right outside the front door – in both summer and winter.
